NASCAR: Changes to NAFFCAR Cup schedule announced |
by Mathias Olaf Uncertain 19th Aug 2010 |

The legendary turn two at..., oh, I don't fucking know.
A race in Kentucky and Chicagoland hosting the start of the Chase, whatever that is, are two of the changes to the NAFFCAR Cup series schedule for next year.
The 2011 calendar will again consist of 36 points races and two non-championship events, starting on February 12 with the Shootout, followed by the Daytona 500 a week later. The second race of the season has moved from Fontana to Phoenix, as California's Auto Club Speedway has lost one of its two dates.
Similarly, Atlanta Motor Speedway has lost its first date and will only be visited on Labor (sp.? see me, Ed.) Day weekend in September, while Kansas Speedway will host a first race in June, and keep the October date during the Chase, whatever that is.
The main novelty (shome mishtake shurely?) comes in July as Kentucky Fried Speedway has finally earned a place in the series after successfully hosting Nationwide and Truck series events in the past.
All of which will make absolutely no difference at all to either drivers in or spectators of the series, since all the circuits are the fucking same.
